Children attending a full time program have the benefit of weekly fitness and swim classes. Our Kid Fit Fitness program helps to promote and foster enjoyment of movement and motor control.
It teaches co-operative skills and teamwork, develops and refines balance, eye hand coordination, depth perception, exercise, and offers an introduction to small group sports.
Swim Lessons - swimming lessons are taught by a qualified swim instructor. Children learn about water safety and are encouraged to work through swimming levels.
